The special surface finish is another significant feature that helps in reduced run-in time and increased life which in turn results in much lesser downtime.

  • Special No-Space for Trash profile and the all-new Nil Trash Arrangement (NTA) pattern of wire points to avoid trash embedment on the wire surface.
  • Elite surface finish results in longer periods of uninterrupted operation, minimized run-in time and aesthetic appearance.
  • Special alloy steel wire and improved process wire for increased life and better wear resistance.
  • Superior locking and crimping arrangement of wire with the extrusion helps to achieve accurate setting of Stationary Flat Tops.
  • Aluminium spacer with the specification of wire at both ends of the Stationary Flat Tops for easy identification of number of wire points.
