Radio frequency (RF) Dryer is a drying system that uses Radio frequency drying method that is superior than conventional methods that use steam, hot air, rapid dryers etc.
RF drying does not necessitate cumbersome and space consuming infrastructure facilities like boilers, hot air generators, burners, heat exchanges, heat recovery, fuel storage, water piping & valves, fans, etc. The drying process in RF drying is instantaneous and can be started and stopped by just pressing a button. This unique functionality results in cost benefits when compared to conventional methods which have high cost incurrence even when not in use, or any startup/shutdown costs. RF drying also eliminates the compulsion of batch sizes that exists in conventional methods.

The movement of top electrodes in the oven is in increments of 1 mm. They are positioned at the predetermined level throughout the drying operation for a particular product by using PLC with encoder feedback drive.

The poly-propylene self-aligning modular conveyor belt provided ensures that the product is always positioned under the top electrodes. The unique advantage to the belt over others is the facility to change the damaged portion of the belt alone. But the nylon conveyor belt in other makes needs complete replacement in case of damage and compressed air is required for its alignment.
